Triathlon is an important and central aspect of my life since I am 15 years old. In 1996 at the Spiezathlon I won directly my very first Triathlon and became only a year later a member of the Swiss National Team. Since then Triathlon is not only a sport, but a life school and philosophy which I follow with great passion. In the following years I had many great moments, like winning the multiple times the national title and winning several international races. The most valuable thing I won by the number of years is my experience. I competed successfully in marathons and shorter street races in Europe. I am still an active athlete, but I have been using my previous experience to help many people of all ages. I am a trainer and instructor of athletics, football, handball, basketball, volleyball and skiing, so I am familiar with the right preparation for these disciplines too.”
