This weekend Kasia Zając of Sportovia Team participated in a half-marathon race around the Sims Lake in southern Bavaria.
With down-hill section at the beginning, endless up-and-downs on gravel trails in the middle and a climb on the last 4 kilometres the Simssee course is very challenging. And so was the competition this year. Both men and women course records were broken by several minutes.
Coach Andrzej’s training plan worked again very well and our Polish runner managed to finish 1st in her class and 4th in overall ranking.
