Here’s a great and easy recipe for tasty and nutritious Italian Soup. Obviously, it’s one of hundreds of our recipies available on Sportovia app :)

Italian Soup (medium portion)

potatoes 90g (2 pieces)
onion 30g (0.5 piece)
tomato 150g (1 piece)
celery 12g (3 stalks)
red pepper 120g (0.5 piece)
parmesan 20g (2 spoons)
garlic 5g (1 clove)
olive oil 20g (2 spoons)
parsley 10g (1 spoon)
pepper (pinch)


Chop onion and garlic finely. Peel potatoes and cut in slices. Cut celery, pepper and peeled tomato in small pieces. Heat olive oil in a pot, stir-fry onion and garlic. Then add potatoes, celery and 2 glasses of water and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Before the end of cooking, add tomato and pepper. Once the vegetables are soft, season with salt and pepper. Place on a plate, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
