Ingredients:
couscous 75g (0.2 package)
carrot 150g (1 piece)
canned corn 70g (0.3 package)
plain yoghurt 50g (2 spoons)
chive 20g (3 spoons)
garlic 5g (1 clove)
salt
pepper
hot pepper
Preparation:
Cook couscous and strain. Grate carrot on a grater and mix with corn and chive. Mix yoghurt with spices and garlic, add to the vegetables. Mix everything with couscous. You can serve the dish warm or cold.
