- 1 big ripe banana
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup dried plums cut into small pieces
- ½ cup almond flakes
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Crush banana with a fork in a bowl. Add oats, plums, flakes and mix all ingredients. Use a tablespoon to drop cookies onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Bon apetit!
